The views from the room were nothing short of lovely, with a amazing panorama of the lake every morning. Easy access to biking paths meant I could take a leisurely ride into town.

Room sizes are on the small side, especially when accommodating a family. We had to rearrange furniture just to navigate. On top of that, the noise from nearby weddings kept me awake well past midnight, and the dated decor made it clear that a refresh is overdue. The limited parking options were a hassle, and even though the dining menu was good, being excluded from the 'menu du jour' was puzzling.

All staff was very good, good value, would happily return. The room was normal double and immaculately clean and complete with great view, balconies, as for instance. The services were excellent. Besides, I was able to park onsite. The airport was 15 km away.

The hotel was in a good location with lovely views over the lake. Was a nice place for city break.

I was positively shocked at the lack of, sound isolation-i could hear every move, and isn't a hotel supposed to be a sanctuary? No mini fridge to store my drinks, can you imagine? And can someone tell me how an upgrade woudl ve been a great way to show they care about guests? Just couldn't recommend this place.

The hotel staff were welcoming and the area was superb. The town of Anncy was wonderful.

Consider enjoying breakfast on the terrace for fine views of the lake, a great way to start the day.

This hotel is an ideal base for exploring around Lake Annecy, close to the ciry but quieter than the city centre hotels. Views over the lake are wonderful.

Amazing friendly staff, compact privilege queen room. Great amenities like a balcony, a small fridge and coffee:)))

Fine view, really good breakfast, perfect location, the amazing view of the lake from my room made my mornings magical, and the breakfast spread was really good with fresh options that added to my good stay.

We have stayed previously at this Hotel and we find that the location is very suitable as we are cyclist and the cycle track is at the bottom of the garden. This is not a family hotel and suitable for people who like sports and walking. Service is average and the rooms vary considerable. Ours were suitable as we up graded to a larger room but I would say we were charged a further 17 euro's per night more.The bathroom was very out of date in this room but overall we were happy yet again staying at this hotel.

Great location. A bit of a hike (3 km) from the bus/train station. Clean comfortable rooms with a great location. Several choices for restaurants around the area. We did not eat at the hotel, though the menu seemed quite nice. The trail that runs alongside the lake is right in front of the hotel. The location could really not be much better, and the price was very reasonable.

The lake views were just amazing, and breakfast each morning was a real treat-loved the fresh orange juice. Just a heads up, the elevator is super tiny and the rooms are on the smaller side, but overall, a great stay!
